1. Controller

This website is a privately operated community project. The protection of your personal data is important to us — below we inform you, in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, about which data are processed when you visit this site.

2. Hosting & Server Log Files

This website is hosted on a server operated by Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus). When the site is accessed, server log files are recorded automatically: IP address, date and time of access, file requested, browser type and operating system. These data are technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure the security of the system (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data are not merged with other data sources; the log files are deleted automatically after a short period.

3. Audience Measurement (Umami)

For statistical analysis of visitor numbers we use the self-hosted open-source software Umami. Umami works without cookies and without storing personal data: IP addresses are not stored and no cross-site user profile is created. Only anonymised information is recorded, such as pages viewed, acquisition channel (referrer or campaign parameters), browser type, device type and country. We also record anonymous interaction events that cannot be linked to a person: how far a page was scrolled, which sections were visible while doing so, and whether a video, the WhatsApp button or a form was clicked. All data remain on our own server; they are not passed on to third parties (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in audience measurement).

4. Contact Form

If you get in touch via the contact form, we process the data you provide: first name, email address and, optionally, a WhatsApp number or Telegram name. These data are used exclusively to handle your enquiry and for the contact you requested (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The enquiry is stored on the server and delivered to the operator as a message. Your data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of the contact. They are not passed on to third parties.

5. Registration for the Community Call (Zoom)

If you register for our community call, we process the data you provide: first name, last name and email address. This data is used exclusively to send you the registration link for the video call and the current dates by email (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The registration is stored on our server and delivered to the operator as a message; we do not pass it on to third parties. The actual date registration then takes place via a form hosted by Google Forms (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland); the video call itself takes place via Zoom (Zoom Communications, Inc., 55 Almaden Boulevard, San Jose, CA 95113, USA). Data is only transmitted to Google or Zoom once you follow the link we send and fill in the form or join the call — this may also involve a transfer of data to the USA. The privacy policies of the respective providers then apply: policies.google.com/privacy and zoom.com/en/trust/privacy. The data stored with us is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to run the call.

6. Google Fonts

This site embeds fonts via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the site is accessed, your browser loads the fonts from Google servers; in the process, your IP address is transmitted to Google. The fonts are embedded in the interest of a consistent presentation (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Local Storage (localStorage)

For the protected members area, a technical identifier is stored in your browser's localStorage after login. In addition, on your first visit the site locally remembers the acquisition channel (e.g. “youtube”) so that a later contact request can be attributed to the channel through which you found us. Neither entry contains personal data, and both can be deleted at any time via your browser settings. Beyond this, we use no cookies and no third-party tracking services.

8. External Links & Social Media

This site links to our channels on YouTube and TikTok as well as to external platforms. When you click these links, you leave our website; the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. Data are only transmitted to these providers once you click — no social media plugins are embedded.

10. SSL Encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption (recognisable by “https://” in the address bar). This prevents transmitted data from being read by third parties.
